Fear Less


Now, when we are beginning to experience the evolution of humanity, it is not the time to be listening to fear, panic, and belief in possible fearful scenarios. Fear breeds illness, both physical and emotional, and science records that stress is responsible for 90% of all illness!

If we wish to experience and spread healing and happiness, then we must focus instead on the beauty, kindness and companionship that surround us. That which we believe and desire, we will create.

When there is an intent to spread peace and contentment, but we are being programmed instead to focus on fear and ‘what if’s’, the first step to creating positive change is forgiveness; forgiveness for those spreading fear, forgiveness for ourselves for taking it on board, and forgiveness for all the parts of this we don’t fully understand, usually forgotten incidents arising from a distant, very negative past.

The next step is to focus instead on seeing beauty and happiness in something, and also sharing laughter with another person; I’m sure we’ve all heard that laughter is the best medicine?

To step back, forgive the fear and choose to create happiness and peace instead, takes strong intent, but we will then find that we are living in a different world – one where peace, beauty and love surround us and spreads to many others; so lets do it!!
