In most parts of our Planet we experience changes of weather, and we hope and pray this will continue, despite the global warming humanity is creating that is radically affecting many countries, especially Australia.
So, let’s not complain about the winter cold we are currently experiencing here, with sometimes flooding rains.
If we are blessed with warm clothes, food and shelter, let us be truly grateful, and let’s do all we can to help other people not so fortunate.
We can always watch the wisdom of Mother Nature, and learn from her how to cope with our changing weather.
Sometimes our emotions may be affected by cold and difficult weather, which can help to cause feelings of depression. When we are aware of this, we can always do something to counteract these ‘downhill’ changes.
Look within; become aware; no blame, no shame; check out if we are being affected by planetary changes; and decide what steps we can each take to create peace and happiness both within, and without.
Perhaps what I like most about winter are hot showers, warm soup, bursts of unexpected sunlight, and a warm dog cuddling up to me!
Now winter chill is upon us,
With colds and flues and fear,
Let’s leave those winter ills behind
And create a lovely year.
No matter what problems confront us,
We know that we will cope.
We’ll put the cold and fear aside
And move forward with warm-hearted hope.
