Shipping Policy

We lovingly pack and ship all orders from Australia. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping times, costs, and international orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

During busy periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to get your order on its way as soon as possible.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship all Australian orders using Australia Post.

Shipping rates and delivery times are based on your selected shipping option.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

We finally ship worldwide! â€‹

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they arrive in the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Fees are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure what charges may apply.

We always complete customs forms accurately and honestly to help parcels move through customs as smoothly as possible.

Delivery Timeframes 

Please note, we will be shipping orders as fast as we can. Once it is in the hands of the shipping agents, we can only pray to the shipping gods that it gets there on time, as such depending on the time of year, timeframes will change for delivery.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you and can also be accessed through your order confirmation.

Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, we will reach out to get the correct address but a new shipping fee will need to be paid before we resend it, at the cost of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the postal service, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided, as they are best placed to assist with updates or enquiries.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of Shell Essences, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Each essence is created intentionally and handled with care, and once dispatched, we are unable to accept returns.
