Working primarily with the outermost layer of your energetic body, Conch Shell brings movement to what has become stagnant. It helps you notice where energy may be lingering, dulled, unexpressed, or out of alignment, helping you take notice so you can take action.
Conch Shell works at any level you are at and will meet you there and help take you further. However, Conch Shell is especially supportive for those new to spirituality or just beginning to ‘do the work,’ offering guidance, reassurance, and a sense of support as you open to deeper understanding.
