Sole Reset Blend

Sole Reset is for those whose feet and legs feel tired, heavy or energetically depleted after standing, walking or working on hard surfaces for long periods. It is also supportive when you feel ungrounded, stagnant or uncertain about your direction and want to reconnect with the earth beneath you before taking your next step.

Spray generously over the feet and lower legs whenever they feel tired, heavy or energetically depleted, particularly after standing or walking for long periods. The blend can also be sprayed beneath the feet to work directly with the energy centres located there.

Using drops: Apply four drops to the sole of each foot and gently rub in, or add several drops to a foot bath.

Drops: Essence, Water, 25% Brandy

Sprays: Essence, Water, Herbal Preservative, Essential Oil
