There are a few different ways to work with Carly, depending on how much support you would like and whether you prefer to talk things through live or explain everything in writing.
 
Whichever option you choose, Carly will use the information you share to carefully select the Shell Essences she feels are most aligned with what you need at this time. Your unique Personal Blend will then be handcrafted and posted to you within the following days.

Personal Blend — Email Option:
This is the best option if you would like a personalised Shell Essence blend but do not want or need a live Zoom or FaceTime session.
After purchasing, send an email to Carly with information about what is currently happening in your life, what you would most like support with, and anything else you feel may be relevant.
The more honest and detailed you can be, the more Carly has to work with when choosing your essences.
There is no live appointment with this option. Carly will read through the information you send, choose the Shell Essences she feels are most suited to you, handcraft your Personal Blend and post it to you.

15-Minute Shell Consultation:
The 15-minute session is ideal when you have a particular issue, situation or area of your life that you would like support with.
Perhaps you are navigating a relationship, struggling with confidence, needing stronger boundaries, moving through a life change, or simply feeling stuck in one particular area.
The live conversation gives Carly the opportunity to ask questions, listen to what is coming up for you and understand some of the subtleties that can be harder to pick up through written information alone.
Your session includes:
A private 15-minute Zoom or FaceTime session with Carly
Time to explore one main issue or area of focus
A personalised Shell Essence blend created specifically for you
 
30-Minute Shell Consultation:
The 30-minute session allows us to go deeper.
It is particularly suited to those times when there is a lot happening at once, when several areas of your life seem connected, or when you know something needs to change but you are not entirely sure where the real issue begins.
The additional time gives Carly space to explore more of your story, ask deeper questions and look at repeating patterns, relationships, family influences, past experiences, where you may be feeling stuck and what you are trying to move towards.
You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you need to work on. Sometimes uncovering that is part of the session.
Your session includes:
A private 30-minute Zoom or FaceTime session with Carly
More time to explore interconnected or deeper issues
A personalised Shell Essence blend created specifically for you
 
What Happens After I Book?
If you choose the Personal Blend -Email Option, please email info@shellessences.com.au with some information about what you are currently navigating, what you would like support with, and anything else you feel may be relevant.
If you choose a 15-minute or 30-minute Shell Session, Carly will contact you personally to arrange a suitable Zoom or FaceTime appointment.
Once Carly has all the information she needs, your personalised blend will be carefully created and posted to you within the following days.
Sessions are limited and often book quickly. Every effort will be made to welcome you in as soon as possible.
