What
are Shell Essences? |

Shell Essences are vibrational
remedies. Whereas conventional medicine
uses surgery and drugs to repair bodily
damage, vibrational medicine uses energy,
in different forms and frequencies,
to rebalance the mind, body and spirit. |

How do Shell Essences
work? |

Shell Essences are taken as drops
under the tongue and enter the body
via the energy meridians - recognised
by Chinese medicine and acupuncture
for thousands of years. The meridians
conduct ripples of energy to the cells.
It is our belief that disease starts
as disturbances in the invisible subtle-energy
bodies that surround and permeate
the physical body. It travels via
the system of meridians and nadis
into the electrons to the cellular
memory to destroy the imprint of health.
Shell Essences press the right 'energy
keys' to return specific essential
information that may be lost or diminished,
in order to re-create health and happiness.
Our cells can then use this 'energy
information' to stimulate the body
to bring about healing change.

What will happen if I take the wrong
Shell Essence? |

If you take the 'wrong' Shell Essence
the energy will just dissipate from
the aura because that healing is not
required. As with any medication,
pregnant women should consult their
health practitioner. Properly prescribed
and used according to instructions,
Shell Essences are very safe - even
for animals and small children. However
any medication should be taken with
care and respect.
For hygienic reasons make sure the
dropper does not touch the mouth.

If my baby or small
child does not like the taste, can I
put them in fruit juice? |

Yes. The Essences can
be mixed with juice, milk or water,
or applied to the skin of a small infant.

Can
I take Shell Essences if I have a problem
with alcohol? |

Most vibrational remedies
contain a small amount of brandy as
a preservative. The amount of alcohol
is very small, however if alcohol is
a problem, the drops can be taken in
a glass of water to avoid any taste
or smell. If alcohol is still an issue,
the drops could be rubbed onto the temple. |

Can I take Shell Essences
with other medications? |

Yes, however it would
be wise to ask your doctor to monitor
your medication, as you might need a
lower dose. |

side effects? |

None have ever been reported. |

If I am allergic to
shellfish would I be allergic to Shell
Essences? |

No. The animal body of
the shell fish is not used, just an
energy imprint from the calcium shell. |

What is the difference
between 'Stock' and 'Dosage'? |

'Stock' describes a concentrated
essence from which practitioners mix
dosage bottles. A 'Dosage' essence is
an essence mixed from the stock essence
and is ready to take. |

How long do I need
to take an essence? |

For short-term problems,
one 25 ml bottle - which will last about
a month - is usually enough. For long-term
problems an essence may need to be taken
two to three times a day for a few months.
If the problem is also in the family
tree, a stock strength essence may be
more appropriate. |

How many essences can
I take at the same time? |

Up to 5 or 6 single essences
can go into one blend. Three separate
Specialist Healers can be taken during
the same period if they are addressing
