DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed within Australia

Orders may be placed on our secure site with payment being made by either Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. The money will be debited from your account when processed through our office. In the event that your credit card has been declined you will be contacted via email or phone.

If using these methods you may either pay by credit card, cheque or money order. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment. There is a $10 service fee for returned cheques. Please make the cheques payable to Shell Essences.

All orders placed in Australia incur the following postage and handling rates.
up to 500g incur $7.00
over 500g to up to 3kg incur $12.00
over 3kg incur $15.00
Goods are sent via Australian Post. Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, however delays in transit may occur so please contact us if delivery has not been received within 7 working days.

Express post is only available by contacting our office directly.

International Orders

To place an international order please check our distributor list located in the Practitioner listing for a distributor in your country. Please note that prices in other countries are higher than quoted on our website as distributor prices include custom clearance, taxes and international shipping fees.

If there is not a distributor in your country we are happy to process your order, however, please note that customs clearance, taxes and/or any duty incurred upon arrival are your responsibility. Your order will leave our office within two weeks of receipt and be sent airmail via Australia post. Please allow a further two to three weeks for delivery. Cost for shipping will be added to your invoice and return emailed for confirmation and order will be despatched on receipt of payment.
