This widespread fear and anxiety becomes a reality, and we create our perceived lack whether it’s financial lack, relationship lack,

or even lack of good health and happiness.

The Mists were created to counteract this mind-set, and to remind us of our innate ability to create abundance in all areas of life.

The first mist ‘I Am Free’ contains specific Shell Essences to remove possible self-sabotage from unconscious beliefs

of "I don’t deserve”; life wasn’t meant to be easy”; etc.

Next there is an affirmation to set our intent. Then we spray our auras and living/working areas with the second Mist

‘I Am Creative Abundance’.

The Mists remind us that abundance comes from ‘within’, not outside us. Because we are all connected, creating abundance

for ourselves helps all those connected to us.
